E. Shane Spears, MPT
Shane graduated from Brigham Young University with a BS in Exercise Physiology and from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences Institute of Physical Therapy with a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy. Shane is originally from Florida, but after 25 years of living in Montana considers himself a true Montanan. Shane played football while in college and has been an assistant football coach at PCHS for 25 years. He is the father of three great kids and loves the outdoor life that Montana has to offer.

Michele Spears, Office Manager
Michele is the wife of therapist Shane Spears. She has a BS degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University. She oversees all aspects of the management of Premier Physical Therapy since its' opening in Dec. 2004. Michele is the mother of 3 children and she splits her time between the office and taking care of her family. Michele loves camping, hiking, and watching sports with her family.
Danielle Stevenson, Receptionist & Patient Relations Specialist, and office MVP
Danielle joined our staff in 2021 and brings a wealth of experience in customer relations, management, and patient billing. Danielle is originally from Evanston, WY but she and her family have lived in Deer Lodge since 2004. Danielle and her husband Clint have two beautiful daughters and barn full of animals. In addition to working for Premier Physical Therapy Danielle also runs Clark Fork Kennels. Danielle's interest include crochet, pottery making, and flying drone planes. We are so excited to have her working for us. If you have any questions she can probably find the answer for you!
Marcus Lonnberg, Billing Specialist
Marcus handles the difficult job of filing and tracking all billing through insurance, workman's' comp, auto insurance companies and so much more. He is the patients' liaison for making sure you get your full insurance benefits and to assist in setting up payment plans when needed to meet your co-pay or deductibles.
Marcus is a family man and loves playing sports with his three teenage kids. Hockey was his passion in his youth and he still plays in a leisure league trying to keep up with the younger skaters. He also enjoys traveling and exploring new places with his wife and kids. The family wouldn’t be complete without their beloved border collie keeping the whole family busy and on the move.
